The belief in Taqdeer comprises four aspects: Allah's perfect knowledge (Al-Ilm), His writing of everything in Al-Lawh Al-Mahfuz (Al-Kitabah), His irresistible will (Al-Mashii'ah), and His creation of everything (Al-Khalq). Al-Ilm specifically refers to His prior and comprehensive knowledge.
